Welcome to TradePesa — Kenya’s innovative platform for tokenized trading and community-driven value. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TradePesa’s website, app, and all related services.
By using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TradePesa.
TradePesa is a digital platform that allows users to:
Create and trade tokenized versions of digital or physical items
Participate in a community-powered marketplace using platform currency (e.g., KCoin)
Simulate real-time trading through Practice Mode (Demo Account)
TradePesa does not provide real-money financial trading or investment services.
You may use TradePesa if:
You are 18 years of age or older
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
You are not barred from using online services under any applicable law
We may restrict or suspend access for users who violate these requirements.
To use TradePesa services, you must register an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your password and login secure
Take full responsibility for all activity under your account
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
TradePesa uses a proprietary digital token (e.g., KCoin) as its internal means of exchange.
KCoin has no fixed or real-world monetary value
It is used only for in-platform transactions
TradePesa reserves the right to adjust how tokens are earned, used, or distributed
We do not guarantee liquidity, exchangeability, or any future value of platform tokens.
Users may:
Create, list, and trade tokenized digital items
Set their own prices
Buy and resell other users’ items
You are solely responsible for the legality, originality, and accuracy of your listings. TradePesa is not liable for disputes between users.
TradePesa includes a Practice Mode where users can simulate trading behavior using live price data.
This mode is 100% educational
Trades in Practice Mode use virtual tokens with no cash value
Performance in this mode has no impact on real balances
You understand this feature is purely for learning, not for earning.
You agree not to:
Misrepresent items or engage in fraudulent activity
List content that is harmful, illegal, or infringes on intellectual property
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform
Manipulate prices or use bots to gain unfair advantage
TradePesa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abuse or violate these Terms.
All content, branding, and technology on TradePesa is owned by us.
You retain rights to items you upload, but grant us a license to display and promote them on the platform
You may not copy, sell, or reuse platform materials without written permission
TradePesa is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee:
Continuous access or uptime
Accuracy of charts or price feeds
Future availability of any specific feature
We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue services at any time without notice.
TradePesa does not provide:
Investment or trading advice
Brokerage or financial services
Guarantees of profit or earnings
Users participate in the marketplace at their own risk and judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradePesa will not be liable for:
Loss of data, items, or earnings
Platform errors or service interruptions
User disputes or third-party content
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it.
We collect limited user data to power your experience and secure your account. Your data is never sold.

We may suspend or permanently ban your account if:
You breach these Terms
You act unlawfully, unethically, or harm other users
You misuse platform tools or tokens
Termination may result in loss of access to all content and assets associated with your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kenya or through binding arbitration, where applicable.
We may revise these Terms periodically.
If significant changes are made, we will notify users via email or platform message. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
