Welcome to TradePesa — the community-driven platform where creativity meets digital trade. These Terms of Use govern your access and use of our services, including the digital item marketplace, platform currency, trading simulator, and all related features.

TradePesa is a digital platform where users can:
Create and tokenize digital or physical items
Trade those items using an in-platform digital currency
Simulate real-world trading with a built-in practice mode
TradePesa does not offer regulated financial services or real-money market execution.
You may use TradePesa if:

You agree to these terms
You are not barred from using digital services under your local laws
We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to anyone violating these conditions.
When creating a TradePesa account, you agree to:

We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access unless it is due to a platform breach.
TradePesa uses a digital, in-platform token to power item trades.
This token is used only within TradePesa
It has no guaranteed external value
We may offer ways to earn, buy, or redeem it in the future
We reserve the right to modify how tokens function to improve user experience.
TradePesa allows users to create, list, buy, and sell tokenized items.
You agree to:
Only list content or items you own or have rights to
Follow platform rules for pricing, reselling, and descriptions
Accept that prices are driven by community demand, not platform guarantees
We reserve the right to remove listings that violate laws, ethics, or our guidelines.
Our trading simulator uses live market data to help users practice without risk.
You understand that:
It is 100% simulated
Trades do not involve real money
Gains/losses are for educational purposes only
This feature is meant for learning, not earning.
By uploading or minting content on TradePesa, you:
Confirm that you own the rights to it
Grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform
Remain fully responsible for any legal consequences of your content
We may remove content that is infringing, inappropriate, or violates community standards.
You may not use TradePesa to:
Commit fraud, spam, or deception
Create fake demand or manipulate pricing
Upload offensive, copyrighted, or illegal content
Threaten, harass, or scam other users
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.
TradePesa owns:
The platform design, code, branding, and features
All infrastructure supporting digital trades
You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant us rights to display it within the platform.
You can deactivate your account at any time.
We may also terminate your access if you:
Break these terms
Harm the platform or other users
Use TradePesa for illegal or abusive purposes
Termination may result in the loss of your account and digital items.
TradePesa does not provide:
Investment advice
Regulated financial instruments
Guaranteed earnings
All marketplace activity is community-driven and speculative. You use the platform at your own risk.
TradePesa is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We are not responsible for:
User losses from marketplace activity
Pricing or value fluctuations
Platform downtime or data errors
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
We collect basic data to power your experience.

You can control your account data, and request deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts unless both parties agree to arbitration.
We may update these Terms occasionally.
