Welcome to TradePesa — the platform where creativity meets digital trade, with both free practice and real-money features. These Terms of Use govern your access and use of our services, including the digital item marketplace, platform currency, real-money Live mode, trading simulator, blockchain listing feature, and all related services.
Please read them carefully. By accessing or using TradePesa, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

TradePesa does not offer regulated financial services, brokerage, or real-money market execution on any external exchange. All Live mode trading happens within TradePesa's own internal system.

TradePesa uses K$Coin, a digital in-platform token, to power item trades in both Practice and Live modes.
We reserve the right to modify how K$Coin, deposits, or withdrawals function to improve the platform or comply with legal requirements.
TradePesa allows users to create, list, buy, and sell tokenized items. You agree to:
We reserve the right to remove listings that violate laws, ethics, or our guidelines.
Our trading simulator lets users practice without financial risk, using virtual K$Coin only.
This feature is meant for learning, not earning.
Live mode allows real KES, via M-Pesa, to be deposited, converted to K$Coin, and used to trade tokens. You understand that:
Creators of Live tokens may pay a separate fee to mint their token as a real SPL token on the Solana blockchain. This:
If you want your token to become genuinely tradeable on Solana, contact TradePesa to discuss — this is evaluated separately, case by case.
TradePesa may offer HODL (a price-prediction feature where staked K$Coin, including real-money-derived K$Coin, can be lost), Challenges, and referral rewards. Use these features responsibly. TradePesa may withhold or reclaim rewards obtained through fraud, fake accounts, or abuse, and may modify or discontinue any of these features at any time.
TradePesa's AI chat assistant may send your messages to a third-party AI service to generate a response. Do not share passwords, PINs, or other sensitive data with it. Its answers are general information only, not professional advice.
By uploading or minting content on TradePesa, you confirm that you own the rights to it, grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform, and remain fully responsible for any legal consequences of your content. We may remove content that is infringing, inappropriate, or violates community standards.
You may not use TradePesa to:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, withhold funds under investigation, and report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.
TradePesa owns the platform design, code, branding, features, and all infrastructure supporting digital trades. You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant us rights to display it within the platform.
You can deactivate your account at any time. We may also terminate your access if you break these terms, harm the platform or other users, or use TradePesa for illegal or abusive purposes. Termination may result in the loss of your account and any items or K$Coin balance, subject to resolution of legitimate pending withdrawals.
TradePesa does not provide investment advice, regulated financial instruments, or guaranteed earnings. All marketplace and Live mode activity is community-driven and speculative. You use the platform at your own risk.
TradePesa is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not responsible for user losses from marketplace or Live mode activity, pricing or value fluctuations, blockchain network issues outside our control, or platform downtime or data errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
We collect basic data, including M-Pesa transaction details where relevant, to power your experience and process real-money transactions. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details. You can control your account data and request deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts unless both parties agree to arbitration.
We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify users of major changes through email or app notification. Continued use means you agree to the updated version.
