Participate in a user-driven marketplace using an in-platform currency
Simulate trading using demo accounts with real-time charts

TradePesa is not liable for losses due to compromised accounts.
TradePesa uses a proprietary digital token (e.g., KCoin) for transactions within the platform.
This currency:
Is used only on TradePesa
Has no guaranteed value outside the platform
May be earned, purchased, or rewarded in limited use cases
We reserve the right to adjust token rules, supply, or usage terms at any time.
Users can list digital or tokenized items for trade. You agree that:
You have the right to list and sell the item
Items must comply with TradePesa guidelines
Prices are set by the market and may fluctuate
TradePesa does not guarantee the value, authenticity, or profitability of any item.
The platform offers simulated trading for educational purposes only.
You understand that:
All trades in demo mode use fake currency
No real-world financial gain is promised
This mode is not a financial service or investment tool
Any resemblance to real trading performance is purely for learning purposes.
You may not use TradePesa to:
Commit fraud or impersonation
List illegal or offensive content
Manipulate item prices or market activity
Harm, harass, or mislead other users
We reserve the right to remove content or ban users violating these rules.
All platform content — including software, branding, and layouts — is owned by TradePesa.
Users retain ownership of their original creations, but grant TradePesa a license to display, list, and promote them within the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these terms
Abuse the platform
Pose a legal or security risk
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
TradePesa is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
Profit or earnings from item trading
Continuous access or availability
Accuracy of market data or charts
We are not liable for losses from platform use or user activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
By using TradePesa, you agree to resolve any disputes in Kenyan courts or through arbitration where applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We’ll notify users of major changes via email or platform notification.
Continued use of TradePesa means you accept the updated terms.
